Anybody having any complaint /inconvenience in the OPD or pharmacy may write their complaint in the register kept at Room near OPD counter (BPL Referral/ Complaint Centre) with the Patient Welfare Officer.
Besides this there are many complaint box installed at OPD, IPD, Administration and Casualty Areas where written complaint may be dropped.
